Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and healthcare products, we can only accept returns or exchanges if:
- The product you received is damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered).
- The product has expired at the time of delivery.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.
2. Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.

- You must provide your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved after inspection:
- We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (via Razorpay).
- The refund will typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank’s policies.
- In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, as per your preference.
4. Cancellations
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it has been shipped (whichever is earlier).
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To cancel, please contact our support team immediately.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong product), we will bear the shipping costs for the return.
- In all other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
